Many have already discovered the benefits of working out together in a PT group.

All this can be achieved while maintaining personal individual training.
The concept of small group training, led by me as a PT, works very well with a couple of friends, family or colleagues. It's easiest if you have similar goals and conditions, but it doesn't have to be that way. The training is adapted and becomes as individually adapted as possible. In addition, we do a lot of exercises together as well. The best group is 2-4 people who are willing to take training to the next level.
